Terms and Conditions for California Court Classes

  1. Introduction

By enrolling in a course with California Court Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Course Enrollment

You must provide accurate information during the enrollment process. False information can lead to course termination without refund.

  1. Payment

Full payment must be received before course access. Refunds are at the discretion of California Court Classes.

  1. Course Material

All course materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction can result in legal action.

  1. Course Completion

It’s the responsibility of the user to complete the course in the given time. Extensions may be granted under special circumstances.

  1. Limitation of Liability

California Court Classes isn’t liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  1. Governing Law

Any disputes related to these terms will be governed by California law.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

At California Court Classes, we strive to offer top-quality educational experiences to all of our users. Understanding our refund policy is essential before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund except under the specific circumstances described below.

2. Exceptions

There are only two scenarios where a refund may be considered:

a) Act of God: An Act of God refers to unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) that make it impossible for California Court Classes to provide the course.

b) Technical Issues on Our Part: If there is a technical issue on the part of California Court Classes that prevents you from accessing or completing your course despite all troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions:

      • Submit a formal request to our support team within 10 days of encountering the issue.

      • Provide clear evidence of the issue or event that you believe makes you eligible for a refund.

    4. Approval of Refund

    All refund requests will undergo a review process. California Court Classes reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on its sole discretion.

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days.
